How to start a career in AR/VR?

Almost all companies have a R&D unit and some of the companies have a fully established AR/VR wing. Identify the companies that have this and if you join the R&D unit, you will have to start developing AR, VR solutions for the company or, if you join a company that has a fully grown AR, VR wing, then you will have to start training and executing the existing AR, VR systems and also know to make some changes when you have to.
